Tim Hortons® (CPG) is looking for a Senior Analyst, Key Account Management to join our CPG division. We are an entrepreneurial team of ~25 people managing over $500 million in beverage and food sales across retail channels in North America and internationally.

Senior Analyst, Key Account Management will work with a Key Account Manager to develop customer relationships, serve as the subject matter expert for our products, bring category management knowledge and expertise to our customers and demonstrate how our portfolio of products can support retail partner objectives to deliver superior results, ultimately driving the growth of
Tim Hortons® at Home products within Canada.
Position Overview
- Support Key Account Manager to grow our Canadian retail accounts
- Manage day-to-day relationships
- Analyse, develop insights and make recommendations on key performance indicators, trends and opportunities such as volume, trade spend, promotions, new product launches and pricing
- Develop sales materials for business reviews and new launches
- Manage the feature execution process internally and externally
- Monitor and optimize trade investments
- Develop monthly forecasts based on retail sales, promotional plans and category trends
- Support the development and execution of trade marketing programs, such as displays and customer merchandising initiatives
- Prepare sample shipments and item set-up documents for new products
- Support brokers and field staff, where applicable

Requirements
- Post secondary education - business focus preferred
- 2+ years related experience working with a major Canadian retailer
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and software knowledge (Nielsen, Retailer POS)
- Demonstrated analytical skills – the ability to develop and communicate key insights
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, demanding work environment
- Highly organized, fact-based and detail oriented
- Able to anticipate internal and external customers’ needs and proactively seek to address
- Coffee industry experience is a plus
