About The Role
Reporting to the Director of IT Services, the successful candidate will manage Information Technology projects, including overseeing activities related to Mergers and Acquisitions and IT integrations. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This is a 6-month term position with potential extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop realistic timelines and schedules aligned with stakeholder objectives.
- Create priority lists for IT staff and coordinate with other teams.
- Communicate effectively with the broader team.
- Provide weekly project updates on progress, risks, challenges, and status.
- Optimize workflow structures and guide planning and scheduling.
- Ensure all teams follow defined procedures.
