Enterprise Account ExecutivePosition Overview:*Xplore Business is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. Based in Southern Ontario (Kitchener, Waterloo \& Guelph) and serving our largest and fastest growing provincial market, this role is designed for a self-starter who can create and capitalize on opportunity. Working remotely occasionally visiting our corporate office in Markham, the Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for building customer relationships \& sales funnel, on route to closing new business for Xplore's suite of B2B Internet connectivity and value-added services.
Support will come by way of a strong and rapidly growing network infrastructure and best-in-class sales leadership team who is dedicated to growing the business and maintaining customer and team member satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Achieve sales targets for net new, Monthly Recurring Revenue.
- Customer Account Management -- Build relationships and maintain existing client base and associated revenue
- Contribute to the Enterprise team culture and operations by attending weekly sales meetings and providing feedback and recommendations on pricing, market trends, competition, marketing initiatives, etc.
- Work with Xplore Business' Technical Operations Team to help support client issues, diagnose and find solutions to customer queries
- Attend Industry and Municipal events
- Travel to client and prospect locations within Southern Ontario on a weekly basis as new Fibre build areas are activated within Xplore Business' growing network
- Leverage Salesforce.com to develop prospecting and sales strategy that ensures high activity and effective closing ratios
- Write and submit accurate orders.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- College or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in the telecommunications or Internet service industry
- Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement and handling large, complex deals, strong history of sales funnel building and management
- Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services, including Fibre based networks and digital transformation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data and develop actionable insights
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce.com) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service, ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Occasional lifting or transport of retail event kiosks and SWAG.
