Verify income, bank statements, and client disclosures for authenticity and regulatory adherence. Collaborate closely with brokers and internal teams to maintain high service standards and facilitate smooth closings. Serve as the main contact for brokers after commitment letters are issued, managing communication and follow-up.
Maintain detailed records, identify discrepancies, and provide clear justifications for approvals. QualificationsFluent in both French and English, spoken and written. Minimum two years' experience in an administrative or mortgage-related role.
