Quanex is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our North American Fenestration sales team. This is a remote position, but candidates based in Canada are preferred. Fluency in French is required for this role as the Sales territory will cover Quebec, New Brunswick and Maritimes.

Like: Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet short- \& long-term goals. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while managing existing accounts. Maintain customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service, support and product education. Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to position our solutions effectively. Negotiate contracts and pricing to align with company sales and profitability goals.
Travel to customer locations to maintain strong partnerships and open communication. Your Credentials:Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of sales experience (preferable in fenestration, industrial or manufacturing sales). Excellent communication skills required.
Must be willing to travel on a frequent basis. Experience with CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics-Salesforce) is preferred. $145,900 CAD to $166,000 CAD plus bonus.
