What You Need To Be Successful
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years in healthcare management, preferably in rehabilitation or similar settings.
- Proven track record in leading multi-site operations and achieving business objectives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and profit/loss analysis.
- Proven success working cross-functionally to design systems and achieve goals
