Job Summary
Provides organizational and administrative support to senior executives and team members. With extensive knowledge of the job and policies/practices, performs a wide range of administrative/operational assignments.
Job Description
- Maintain schedule/calendar of key activities for senior executives and ensure key business critical dates are met. Prioritize and triage as needed.
- Exhibit initiative and "follow-through" to help leadership team as necessary. Identify areas where assistance can be provided and pursue the opportunity to do so.
- Communicate on a timely basis the status of key deliverables as appropriate.
- Coordinate meeting arrangements, set up conference calls, arrange restaurant reservations, catering, order stationary supplies, make photocopies, scan documents, organize transportation, etc.
- Prepare, track, and manage expense reports via expense reporting system.
- Review email requests for approval (e.g., meeting materials, reports) daily.
- Print and bind presentation materials; assist in formatting if required.
- Make domestic and international travel arrangements and handle changes as needed.
- Maintain an organized filing system, digitally and physically.
- Act as backup to other department staff as needed.
- Participate in performing tasks on "special projects" as requested.
