Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Lawyer. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal counsel on healthcare and pharmacy regulatory compliance, handling disciplinary defense cases, and addressing liability matters. The role includes conducting legal research, drafting documents, representing clients in hearings, and staying updated on industry regulations and trends.

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare law, pharmacy law, and regulatory compliance
Skills in legal research and document drafting
Ability to manage disciplinary defense cases and liability matters
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Membership in good standing with a state bar association
Prior experience in healthcare or pharmacy industry is a major asset; healthcare professional degrees strongly preferred
