Required
- Develop, negotiate and renew sustainable national and international partnerships, and maintain a presence in the immigration ecosystem
- Prepare and lead financial literacy conferences
- Diagnose issues, challenges, needs and problems for your line of business to determine target outcomes
- Develop and help implement objectives, solutions and action plans
- Analyze information, conduct studies, formulate and propose recommendations, and draft reports.

What You Bring To The Table
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Fluency in a third language other than French and English, given our multi-ethnic client base
- Knowledge of immigration
- Knowledge of the caisse network
- Availability to travel throughout the hiring territory (province of Quebec)
- Availability to work evenings and weekends from time to time
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
