Job Description Work schedule: to be discussed (must be available 1 weekend out of 2)
Permanent, full-time position
Workplace: 9160 Boul Henri-Bourassa E, Montréal-Est, QC H1E 2S4, Canada Assistant Branch Manager
- Promoting a welcoming and safe workplace;
- Applying environmental and Health \& Safety rules and procedures;
- Assist the Branch Manager with monthly Health \& Safety audits;
- Supervise daily operations such as scheduling, sales and production targets;
- Support employees by participating in daily tasks and operational initiatives;
- Assist the Branch Manager in employee communications.
- Work in collaboration with various internal partners in the follow-up and application of business processes;
- Carry out, with the Branch Manager, quarterly evaluations of hourly employees;
- Perform various administrative tasks (cash deposits, employee payroll, schedules, etc.);
- Support the Branch Manager in the process of recruiting, welcoming and integrating new employees;
- Act as embassador in any organizational change and play an active role in the roll-out to your branch
Qualifications
- Must speak French
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service
- At least 1 year of experience in team management with demonstrated leadership
- Team player who enjoys connecting with and helping others
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Analytical mind
- Ability to learn quickly and multi-task
- Solid stress management
- Resourceful and detail oriented
- Car enthusiast (a plus!)
