Your Role at a Glance
As a Software Engineer at Airudi, you'll actively contribute to the development of cloud-native systems that combine modern interfaces, interactivity, and AI --- built directly on top of our in-house models already deployed in production.
Within an agile, multidisciplinary, and collaborative team, you'll take part in all stages of development --- from initial architecture to production deployment.
You'll thrive in a growing environment currently transitioning from a project-based to a product-oriented approach, where your expertise will be essential for both building and industrializing our solutions.
Your Day-to-Day
- Design technical architecture and develop complete cloud-native applications (frontend and backend) using .NET, Python, Vue.js, and Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and platform security.
- Create, maintain, and improve a robust SaaS infrastructure supporting multiple platforms, including backend APIs (REST), cloud services, automation tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrate data science and machine learning models into our product solutions to enhance features and performance.
- Collaborate closely with product, AI, design, and software engineering teams to understand business needs, design efficient solutions, and continuously improve the platform.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), code reviews, and codebase management (Git).
- Debug, optimize, and maintain the quality, security, and performance of existing code through refactoring, automation, and engineering best practices.
- Clearly document architectures, technical decisions, and processes to support team collaboration.
- Stay up to date with technology trends and propose innovative solutions to maintain our competitive edge.
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in software development (backend or full-stack).
- Strong backend development experience with .NET (C# ASP.NET) and Python.
- Experience with cloud environments (Azure or AWS).
- Knowledge of microservices architectures and CI/CD practices (DevOps).
- Experience in developing multi-environment, multi-tenant SaaS applications.
- Advanced skills in relational databases (SQL).
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
- Automation mindset for build, test, and deployment processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Passion for AI, tech innovation, and user-centered product development.
- Proficiency in both French and English (required to interact with our North American, European, and African clients).
Nice-to-Haves
