Position Title
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
The senior talent acquisition specialist plays a key role in attracting and identifying top-tier candidates for critical positions within an organization. They are responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, conducting thorough candidate assessments, and guiding
hiring decisions. Tasks include sourcing candidates, optimizing recruitment processes, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and plans
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions across different business units
- Source, attract, and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to recruitment and employment
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and performance
- Continuously improve the talent acquisition process and candidate experience through feedback and process enhancements
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent through various channels
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
