- A passion for excellence in customer service delivery;
- Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Accounting;
- A qualifying CPA designation is required;
- 3 to 5 years' of audit advisory, external reporting and/or corporate finance experience;
- Extensive knowledge of IFRS is required;
- Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills;
- Ability to foster and cultivate business opportunities and partnerships;
- Real Estate industry experience is an asset; and
- Experience with Yardi property management systems an asset.
