RedCompass Labs is expanding our Commercial Team, and we're looking for a Business Development Manager to help scale our business and strengthen our key client relationships. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts in the UK, Europe and North America, playing a crucial role in driving growth and ensuring client satisfaction. In this role, you will support and manage multiple accounts, managing existing clients as well as identifying new opportunities.
You will be the primary sales point of contact for these clients, ensuring smooth delivery of services while seeking to expand revenue within the account. The ideal candidate will have proven commercial experience across a mix of account management and new business development. You may have experience working in a consultancy, bank, fintech, or vendor, but what matters most is your drive to grow and develop in the next stage of your career.
At least 4 years' experience in account management, new business sales or a hybrid role of new/existing sales Enjoy working with people and building relationships Formal commercial training i.e. Proven experience in managing complex large banks as customers and the ability to navigate across them Bilingual French/English Experience in using HubSpot as a CRM Career paths we see for people joining us in sales vary from moving to pre-sales, becoming new business hunters or owning more of our key accounts.
