Job Description
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English and French) is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer communication, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of repair services. This role involves generating work orders, coordinating with technicians, managing inventory, and following-up with customers on service requests.
Responsibilities
- Managing technician schedules, dispatching technicians to repair sites, and ensuring timely completion of repairs.
- Generating and tracking work orders, ensuring accurate documentation of service jobs, and managing the flow of work orders.
- Managing inventory of parts and supplies needed for repairs, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of parts.
- Communicating with customers to schedule appointments, provide updates on repair status, and address any concerns.
- Collaborating with technicians to resolve complex issues, providing clear instructions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Quoting customers on repairs, initiating warranty claims, and assisting inside and outside sales staff.
- Other duties, as required.
Requirements
- Professionally bilingual in English and French.
- College diploma or equivalent in business administration, purchasing, logistics, or customer service is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using software for scheduling, dispatching, and work order management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including MS Excel and Outlook.
