Position: Customer Relations Representative in Montreal
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of stable experience in the same company, with strong administrative and customer relationship skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with U.S. clients.
- Residency in or near Dorval for local presence and understanding of the clientele.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats regarding orders, shipments, and quotes, promoting the company's products and services.
- Assist with billing, reporting, and reception duties.
- Manage live chats ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Provide detailed quotes and follow up on orders and requests.
- Process orders accurately for efficiency and error reduction.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering consultative solutions.
- Maintain customer data in ACCPAC and CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and updates.
- Make outbound calls for upselling, cross-selling, and promoting products and training.
- Act professionally, enthusiastically, and courteously at all times.
- Participate in internal projects as needed.
- Ensure proper management and updating of customer data in CRM.
- Follow all procedures related to the role and communicate effectively with management.
