Role Overview
We are seeking a Business \& Technical Analyst (Omnichannel) to drive our digital initiatives within our agile organization. This role involves analyzing business needs, translating them into technical specifications, and collaborating with technical teams to develop solutions that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Requirements Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and analyze workflows for improvement opportunities.
- Technical Specification Development: Convert business needs into detailed technical documents guiding development.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with development teams to design and evaluate technical solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication.
- Project Support: Assist in planning, tracking, and ensuring project delivery.
- Testing \& Quality Assurance: Participate in testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Training \& Support: Develop training materials and support end-users.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes and solutions.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience.
- Proven experience in business and technical analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of IT, software development, and architecture frameworks.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud and omnichannel marketing technologies.
Preferred:
- Life Sciences or Pharma industry experience.
- Certifications in TOGAF, SAFe, or related methodologies.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Work Environment
This position is remote and based in Canada, with a hybrid work model to promote work/life balance.
