Base pay range

Their work involves complex insurance defence cases, working with municipalities, insurers, and financial institutions, rather than straightforward MVA files.

Your new role
As a Law Clerk, you will support three Lawyers within the practice, assisted by an Administrative Assistant. Efforts are made to ensure no employee is overloaded, with additional staff available if needed.
Support staff are eligible for discretionary bonuses above the 1400 docket target.
What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of 3-7 years of insurance defence experience, preferably supporting 2-3 Lawyers.
What you'll get in return
Competitive salary ranging from CA$75,000 to CA$100,000 depending on experience, plus bonuses, a comprehensive benefits program, and the option to work remotely three days per week.
