Base Pay Range
CA$24.00/hr - CA$26.00/hr

Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills:
- 5 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment, training, or administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of Workday (strongly preferred)
- Experience using Hireright
Typical Day in Role:
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team by overseeing recruitment coordination activities.
- Manage background checks by collaborating with candidates and our background check vendor.
- Assist new hires throughout the onboarding process.
- Format job descriptions for posting on external niche sites.
- Prepare monthly reports and manage referral bonus payments.
- Handle queries sent to the client's recruitment inbox.
- Coordinate with other HR departments to ensure effective information flow and consistency.
- Assist with special projects related to recruitment operations as assigned.
- Support the extended HR operations team as needed.
