About This Role
Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Toronto office 2 days working from home
Reporting to: Senior Team Leader These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Design and develop engaging, high-quality Tableau dashboards for visualizing key logistics KPIs and trends for diverse stakeholders.
- Elicit and analyze stakeholder needs to create relevant and actionable dashboards that address business requirements.
- Manage the ETL process, including extracting, cleaning, transforming, and loading data from various sources for dashboards and analysis.
- Perform thorough analysis of logistics data (e.g., orders, delivery, feedback) to pinpoint trends, anomalies, and areas for customer experience enhancement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, customer service, product) to grasp business challenges and convert them into analytical inquiries.
- Present clear and concise analytical insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to data documentation and establish best practices for dashboard creation and data analysis.
What will you bring to the table?
- 2-4 years of data analyst experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce.
- Extensive hands-on experience developing dashboards in Tableau, demonstrating strong data visualization skills.
- Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation; experience with cloud data warehouses is a plus.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights, coupled with a strong understanding of data analysis principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, a curious approach to investigating issues, and the capacity to propose solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in data manipulation using Excel or Google Sheets, and familiar with collaboration tools like GSuite, Atlassian, Git, and Slack.
