Key Qualifications And Demonstrated Abilities Social Media- Paid
- Creating, managing and executing paid social campaigns using Ads Manager for multiple Arbor branches on Facebook and Instagram to drive awareness and lead generation
- Monitoring and optimizing campaigns and achieving specified KPIs
- Tracking results and communicating them to key stakeholders
- Supporting and processing social media invoices for advertising spend on a monthly basis
Social Media- Organic
- Writing organic posts and sourcing appropriate media (image/video) to accompany the post for multiple Arbor branches
- Developing, maintaining and executing a social media content calendar
- Coordinating with Arbor locations to send content for social media community posts
- Monitoring and responding to consumer comments, questions and reviews on Facebook and Google My Business, in a timely, professional manner across social and third-party review platforms
Responsibilities
- Degree, diploma, or certificate in Marketing/Advertising or related field.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in Social Media roles.
- Demonstrable experience with Mea Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
- Enjoys writing and creating content.
- Strong organizational skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail and grammar.
- Must be able to work under deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across various lines of business.
- Experience using Adobe products such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is an asset but not a requirement.
- Experience working with Content Management Systems is an asset.
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills with the ability to partner with all levels of the organization.
