What You'll Do:
- Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers politely and friendly, assisting with product promotion, locating merchandise, and resolving customer issues.
- Cover assigned areas on the sales floor.
- Zone assigned areas.
- Move feature merchandise to its designated locations.
- Recover merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other store areas.
- Assist with Front End coverage.
- Communicate with associates to ensure floor coverage.
- Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety logs, and ensuring displays are secure.
- Stock merchandise, perform downstocks if applicable, apply product protection, and set up modulars and shelf caps.
Minimum Qualifications: Age 16 or older.
