- Strong knowledge of credit adjudication, dealership finance procedures, and deal structuring .
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital finance tools is an asset.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
- Willing to get automotive certification/license (paid by company).
