WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Full-time Security Agent
Join our Security Team as a Security Agent. This role involves providing safety and wellbeing to our colleagues, guests, and visitors, while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment within the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Open and secure zones, elevators, escalators, etc., daily.
- Perform foot patrols within and around the hotel perimeter.
- Assist in emergency responses (fire, medical, etc.) and fire watch duties.
- Handle disturbances impacting guest and staff safety and security.
- Manage lost and found items within the hotel.
- Conduct monthly inspections of AEDs, duress alarms, fire extinguishers, etc.
- Assist with valet services, packing, delivering overnight room service food orders, and baggage services.
- Work primarily on weekends with shifts including mornings, evenings, and overnights.
- Hold valid work authorization for Canada.
Qualifications
- Valid security license from the Alberta Solicitor General's Office.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with at least 3 years of Canadian driving experience; a clean driver's abstract required upon selection.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certifications at the time of employment.
