Job Opportunity: Inside Sales Coordinator/Account Manager
Harbinger Network has partnered with an organization in Grey County, Ontario, to find a dedicated Inside Sales Coordinator/Account Manager to join their team.
What will you be doing?
- Communicating with internal and external customers
- Assisting with accounts receivable management
- Building long-term relationships
- Managing quotes and sales follow-up
- Assisting with lead development and qualification
- Building business plans and projecting revenue for the next 12 months
- Preparing sales presentations for management discussions
- Using strategic questioning to advance sales opportunities
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and acting as their advocate internally
- Using market insights to develop strategic plans
- Utilizing social media and brand management techniques

What do you bring to the table?
- Degree or diploma in Sales \& Marketing
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong negotiation skills and meticulous record keeping
- Strong communication abilities with both internal and external customers
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally Salesforce
- Ability to commute or relocate to Hanover, Ontario
