Job Description Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support and development for production software application issues.
- Develop monitoring solutions and troubleshoot/debug internal code using Perl, C/C , and Java.
- Perform SQL queries to improve systems that gather metrics on features.
- Update tracking systems and resolve technical challenges.
- Collaborate with development teams on corporate and divisional software projects.
- Enhance current software and automate support processes.
- Document systems and processes effectively.
Essential Skills

Strong coding skills in Perl, C/C , and Java.

Experience with back-end development and databases.

Proficiency in migrations of services within AWS.

Detail-oriented with superior verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Professionalism under pressure.

A Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.

2-5 years of relevant experience.

Preferred technical skills include Mason, Perl CGI.

AWS integration/service experience is a plus.

Candidates considered at all levels (SDE2-SDE4) must be ready to hit the ground running.
