Job Description: Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors warmly and ensure they are directed to the appropriate staff or department.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized state, ensuring all necessary materials, such as forms and brochures, are readily available.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous and timely manner.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries to the appropriate recipients.
Assist with general administrative tasks, such as scheduling, filing, or data entry, as needed.
Ensure all office equipment at the front desk, such as fax machines and printers, is in working order.
Address visitor or staff inquiries promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
Uphold an attentive demeanor and appearance at all times, reflecting the values of the organization.

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front office, or similar role.
Proficiency in using office equipment, including fax machines, printers, and multiline phone systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French (bilingual proficiency is required).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
A customer-focused attitude with the ability to remain resourceful and proactive when resolving issues.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A detail-oriented demeanor, with a commitment to creating a positive first impression.
