Understand existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Support partners in defining business or technical requirements/solutions
Formulate recommendations to optimize business processes, systems and application solutions
Participate in the implementation of recommendations by collaborating with the teams responsible for their execution
Analyze and model business and operational processes and business data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement.Maintain and/or develop appropriate business documentation
In collaboration with management, act as liaison between users, IT partners and service providers. Be responsible for the delivery of initiatives and contribute to the realization of the solution development roadmap. Build and manage the product backlog and prioritize functionalities based on business value.
Prioritize activities to ensure delivery of business value while considering IT constraints and external partners. Contribute and support users during testing phases to ensure that development is faithful to specifications. Provide post-implementation support
Analyze the impact of changes and participate in change management
Establish a climate of trust and share knowledge to contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.Requirements7 to 10 years' relevant experience in business analysis
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems and technology, computer science or equivalent
Experience in software system analysis (ERP) and/or digital applications
Good knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of Agile methodology and business process analysis methods (BPMN, UML, etc.)Desired qualities
