Job Description
Looking for a Sr. Full Stack Developer to design, build, and lead the development of cloud-first applications in an Agile, innovation-driven environment at CNB Digital Lab, Montreal.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full stack web/mobile apps and APIs using C#/.NET Core, Angular/React, and Azure Cloud.
- Write high-quality, secure, and automated-tested code following the You Build You Own (YBYO) model.
- Define best practices in software architecture, DevOps (CI/CD), and system performance.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Champion AI-assisted development and contribute to technical modernization.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in software development (C#, .NET, Python, Java).
- 6+ years in database development (SQL, NoSQL) and full stack cloud solutions (Azure preferred).
- 8+ years with JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Vue).
- 4+ years with big data/event streaming (Spark, Kafka), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
- 4+ years with QA tools (Selenium, Cucumber, Postman) and Unix Shell scripting.
