Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all District Manager's performance and results.
- Responsible for the operations and compliance of all 130 Freshslice Franchise Owners.
- Setting guidelines for evaluations, recruitment, and advancement.
- Reporting results to the CEO.
Requirements:
- 3 years of Food \& Beverage experience within a Franchise or Corporate Chain.
- Have a vehicle to travel within the district as required.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills, with excellent communication skills for dealing with a wide range of individuals.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Be knowledgeable of and have the ability to use a PC and Microsoft Office Suite proficiently.
