Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on a wide array of commercial real estate matters to sophisticated clients across the real estate sector.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents related to commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, sales, dispositions, financings, commercial leasing, etc.).
- Develop strategic approaches to support clients' business objectives.
Qualifications
- At least three (3) years of post-call commercial real estate experience.
- Called to the Ontario Bar and a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
