What You'll Do
- Be the first line of contact for collections support --- especially for large, high-value accounts
- Analyze past-due accounts, uncover roadblocks, and find creative, win-win solutions
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments
- Help shape and refine our internal collections strategy --- your input matters here
- Keep detailed records and manage account updates with accuracy and care
- Collaborate across departments to improve processes and support the bigger picture
What You Bring
- 3--5 years of enterprise-level B2B collections experience (bonus points for tech or finance sectors)
- A natural problem solver with a sharp analytical mindset
- Proven success collecting from corporate and commercial accounts
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills (bonus if you've worked with ERP systems)
- A "people-first" attitude --- firm, but fair when it comes to client communications
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
- Business Degree preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience in cash collections
