We are seeking a Technical Inside Sales Coordinator who will fit into a dynamic and fast paced environment. Operates manufacturing plants in Barrie, Ontario area.
This candidate will ideally aid in the day-to-day sales/estimation department by coordinating with customers to provide quotes, estimates and bill of materials for prospective projects. This candidate will also process new orders and coordinate the processing of existing orders through the design/production pipeline.
A high growth phase looking for a dynamic, passionate and highly motivated individual who can deal with a myriad of tasks. This role has varying range of day-to-day tasks.
The candidate will be working within a tight knit team and reporting to the VP of Sales but also working closely with the design/production department.
Core Duties:
- Creating Quotations, Estimates, Bill of Materials
- Coordinating with customers to provide project quotes and BOMS
- Coordinating with customers/vendors/suppliers/integrators to find information regarding projects
- Inside Sales \& Customer Service
- Call/Email/Communicate with customers/vendors/suppliers to coordinate sales/order/service tasks
- Order Processing \& Order Service
- Processing new orders and following order processes
- Coordinating with design/production/shipping teams to streamline projects through design/production pipeline
- Coordinating with customers/vendors/suppliers/integrators to retrieve information needed to proceed to design/production
- Coordinate with customers/vendors/suppliers/integrators for service issues which may come up
- Create CAD drawings
- Autocad 2D drawing skills would be an asset to provide drawings for prospective projects
- General process improvement
- Aid in the improvement and revamping of existing processes involved in sales/design/production/shipping/operations
