We're looking for a driven professional with an inclusive mindset to join us as an Assistant Store Manager, Operations. You will lead back-of-house operations, organize storerooms, manage inventory, and support visual merchandising. You will also mentor your team to deliver excellent service and professional growth.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the Store Manager to establish and execute brand goals across sales, operations, visual merchandising, HR, payroll, training, safety, and asset protection.
- Analyze reports to prioritize initiatives that maximize sales, profitability, and customer and team experience.
- Conduct weekly merchandising walk-throughs with management and staff.
- Coach and develop team members, fostering professional growth and building talent.
- Manage inventory and operational routines to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate product flow, replenishment, and store displays.
- Oversee facilities, security, safety, and asset protection.
- Communicate current marketing, promotions, and product information effectively to staff.
What You'll Bring
- At least 2 years of customer service or retail leadership experience; 3+ preferred.
- High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google applications, and tablets.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and delegation skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability to serve as Manager on Duty multiple times per week.
