As a Technical Record Technician, your main mission will be to update, maintain and organize the current and historical technical files of our aircraft. You will ensure that the computerized system is updated with accurate information regarding flight hours, flight cycles, and maintenance activities performed. In addition, you will be responsible for compiling, organizing and updating technical documentation related to aircraft/engine maintenance and components, in accordance with Transport Canada standards and regulations.
Your main responsibilities will be:

Systematically update data related to daily flight inspections and component changes.

Communicate effectively and respond to requests from different bases, departments and technicians.

Actively participate in the organization of aircraft technical reports.

Conduct daily audits of technical records, work orders, and related data to ensure accuracy and identify any errors or omissions.

Rigorously archive all documentation related to aircraft, engines and components.
You are the ideal person if:

You have a minimum of two years of practical experience in database management and technical data analysis.

You demonstrate strong analytical skills and are passionate about working with data.

You have a perfect command of computer tools (Word, Excel, MS Outlook).

You are perfectly bilingual (French-English) to navigate the technical systems easily.

You ideally have aviation experience and knowledge of the RAAS computerized system (an asset).

You adapt easily to changing priorities and have excellent organizational skills, always focused on precision.
