Requirements Qualifications
Experience in inside sales, customer service, or administration
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused approach
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks independently
Comfortable with basic computer systems, email, and CRM tools
Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively---especially if working remotely
Knowledge of tourism, transportation, or automotive industries is an asset, but not required
Duties Location: Fernie, BC (On-site, Hybrid, or Remote for the right candidate)
Communicate with potential and existing customers by phone, email, and online inquiries
Provide information about our services and assist with bookings and reservations
Generate quotes, process sales, and follow up on leads
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Support marketing campaigns by promoting seasonal deals and featured services
Contribute to achieving monthly and seasonal sales targets
