Bilingual (French and English) Client Service Specialist - Tangerine

What You Will Be Doing
As a brand ambassador in our contact centre, you will deliver award-winning service and banking solutions, engaging with clients to support their daily banking needs, educating them about self-service channels, and proactively recommending suitable financial products.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
- Provide friendly, professional service through inbound, outbound, and eService channels in a fast-paced environment.
- Support clients with their banking needs and suggest products that meet their financial goals.
- Educate clients on financial products and self-service options to enable online banking independence.
- Aim for first contact resolution, identifying and addressing barriers to excellent service.
Hiring \& Training Details
- This position is hybrid (in-person) in Moncton, New Brunswick.
- Start date: July 2025 (TBD).
- Full-time position: 37.5 hours/week.
Work Shift Details
- In-person training required for 11 weeks.
- Availability for morning, afternoon, evening shifts, including weekends and holidays, between 7 am and 12 am.
Skills
We are looking for candidates with:
- Strong bilingual (French and English), both oral and written communication skills.
- Curiosity and a desire to help clients find solutions.
- A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to contact centre technology.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an asset.
