Project Manager -- Deep Utilities

An established and reputable civil construction company in Calgary is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects focused on deep utility installation. This company has been delivering high-quality work in the Calgary region for over 30 years and is known for its strong partnerships with the City and private developers, as well as a team-first culture and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of deep utility projects (sanitary, stormwater, and water mains) from start to finish
- Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and site activities
- Oversee site safety, permitting, inspections, and City interactions
- Lead and support field teams including Superintendents and Foremen
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and budgets
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with City of Calgary inspectors and engineers
- Assist with estimating, planning, and project strategy as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience delivering deep utilities or underground civil projects
- Strong knowledge of City of Calgary standards and inspection processes
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities on active job sites
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to project sites
