Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, particularly within a health environment. This position requires proficiency in various administrative tasks, including scheduling, managing phone systems, managing and maintaining wait lists, greeting clients and dealing with sensitive and confidential matters and transcribing client health concerns.
Qualifications/Responsibilities
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handle inquiries, invoicing and scheduling appointments at the front desk.
- Maintain accurate client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance within our policies.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Answer phone calls professionally, directing inquiries appropriately and providing excellent customer service on the phone and in person.
- Assist in clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ability to work independently with exceptional problem solving skills.
- Collaborate with staff to support client care and office efficiency.
