Job Type: Maternity Leave Contract(Local role for 12 months with a potential to extend)
Wage: $50,000 - $60,000 annual salary, based on 40 hours
Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager

JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Accounts Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and providing weekly in-person consultation with clients. This role involves hands-on work with digital marketing platforms, reporting on campaign performance, and supporting day-to-day operations using web-based tools. The ideal candidate contributes to strategic planning, stays current with industry trends through ongoing training, and collaborates closely with internal teams to deliver creative, data-driven marketing solutions for a portfolio of clients.
DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work in-person with team members at the Campbell River office. In-office and off-site client visits (local travel) are required, with a minimum of 60% of work being completed in-person.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring regular, proactive communication and a thorough understanding of their goals, preferences, and evolving needs.
- Campaign Planning \& Coordination: Collaborate with the Boleyn Media team to develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns. Coordinate campaign timelines, gather and organize creative assets, and assist in maintaining budgets.
- In-Person Consultation:Meet with clients locally at least one day per week to provide marketing guidance, conduct strategy sessions, gather feedback, and support ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
- Marketing Operations \& Execution: Work hands-on with digital marketing platforms including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp, and other tools to implement, monitor, and adjust client campaigns as needed.
- Reporting \& Analysis: Generate and present custom reports that track campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI. Translate data into actionable insights to inform future strategy.
- Continuous Learning \& Development: Actively pursue platform-specific training and certifications (e.g., Google, Meta) to stay ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Administrative \& Technical Support: Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and Media Buyer to utilize web-based tools, including website CMS platforms, digital advertising dashboards, project management software, and cloud-based file systems to manage day-to-day operations.
- Creative Input \& Strategic Thinking: Regularly contribute ideas and feedback to team brainstorming sessions and strategic planning discussions. Offer creative and constructive suggestions on ways to improve client outcomes.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, \& ABILITIES
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in marketing, or a similar combination of education and experience
- Proven experience working in digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and MailChimp)
- Proficient with digitally advanced workspaces (Slack, Monday.com, Google Drive, etc.)
- Exceptional Communication Skills
