Job Description
Server Assistant - Full Time
You are an ambassador for exceptional service and cuisine, creating a memorable food \& beverage experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge make guests feel valued. What you will be doing:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Assist Food \& Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience
- Help guests with menu items in an informative way
- Ensure proper setup of all side stations
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items, and preparation methods
- Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
- Be available to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous service experience (asset)
- Point of Sale system experience (asset)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork and collaboration skills

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel cannot assist with work authorization.
