Ride the next mile with us! We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Intern to support operational excellence and performance initiatives. You will assist in identifying process improvements and collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency. This internship provides valuable experience in process improvement and project management within logistics and operations. Responsibilities Assist in identifying areas for improvement within operations and suggest potential solutions. Assist Continuous Specialist in preparing, documenting and facilitating Kaizen events at various stations to optimize processus and encourage team engagement. Assist in defining and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assess the need for updates based on established standards. Help with time studies, measurements, and layout accuracy assessments on-site. Visit delivery stations and sortation hubs to observe operations and assist in securing team support for key initiatives. Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, logistics, or a related field. Interest in operations, logistics, or process improvement. Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Strong analytical skills. Detail-oriented and data-driven, with an eagerness to learn and contribute to process improvements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Willingness to travel to various locations for project support and site visits (if applicable).
