Position Summary
Job Zone d'emploi is recruiting to fill a 6 month contract for an Administrative Support - Employment Services role, who will assist Case Managers, Retention Specialists and the Data Department by managing designated administrative and client-related tasks to support service delivery, improve workflow efficiency, and ensure continuity of service during absences. The role involves clerical support, follow-up with clients, and maintaining accurate data records in alignment with internal processes and Ministry requirements.

Education and Training
Possess a minimum of a high school diploma AND either post-secondary studies in Office Admin or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office setting

Work Environment:
Job requires working in an office setting.
A neat and tidy personal appearance is required; casual business attire.
Thirty five hour work week; Monday to Friday, with possible occasional overtime in the early morning, evenings, and/or weekends
Use of office equipment required: photocopier, fax, computers, software specific to programs
Job requirements include: regularly required to sit and use hands and fingers for the purpose of typing and handling documents
