Position: Demand Planning Analyst Reports to: Senior Manager, Demand Planning
We are looking for a Demand Planning Analyst to join our Sales & Business Development team! Our Demand Planning Analyst will support the Senior Manager, Demand Planning, and the Sales team with various sales forecasting and reporting activities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our planning process by ensuring forecasts are accurately updated, and reporting is provided to internal teams so that the accuracy of forecasts can be evaluated and adjusted. Knowledge & Skills
You have exceptional communication skills with the expectation to provide input into our S&OP process
You have excellent project management and execution skills
You have excellent proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel
You are able to create effective presentations, including spreadsheets, tables, charts, that clearly illustrates your forecast summaries, challenges and opportunities to various levels of the organization
You have a good understanding of the forecasting and demand planning process within a manufacturing/sales organization
Experience
You have 1-3 years of relevant experience working in a customer-focused office environment
You have a Degree/Diploma in Business or related field
You have experience building effective alliances with both internal and external teams
Experience in demand planning and/or trade spend management systems
Nice to have
Experience with Exceedra
Experience in the CPG and/or manufacturing industry
Things you will do...
Ensure Indirect Sales Actuals are uploaded in Sales Forecasting software
Ensure Forecasts are uploaded accurately into Sales Forecasting software
Own and generate meaningful reporting for Sales Demand Planning function and S&OP process
Initiate improvement ideas to streamline the reporting and improve processes enabling the best possible demand forecast
Other
You may work varied times on occasion, as the job requires
You may travel to sales meetings or customer meetings as required approximately 5% of time

Salary - $62,100 - $75,000
