We work in a space where everybody belongs, where you can be unapologetically you.Your purpose in the roleAs Fulfilment Coordinator, you will assist in the fulfilment operation ensuring both our internal and external customers receive an enjoyable and accurate experience in all interactions with the fulfilment team. You will also the Facilities team in the maintenance of our facilities in Halifax, Canada.What you’ll do to succeedProvide a legendary service to both internal and external customersRaise issues quickly and accurately to the Fulfilment and Facilities Managers where appropriate and assist with all customer and stakeholder needs as requiredJob DescriptionHow will you do this?Liaising and communicating with other departments regarding confirmed and in flow orders to obtainClarity for the team and help guide people through the order management system when needed.Monitoring and reporting KPI’s as requiredDispatching orders on time by using appropriate software for courier service.Ensuring that orders are delivered on time by the most cost effective method.Arranging for pick-ups and returns from venues, clients and staff.Dispatch outgoing mail using couriers and postal service when necessary.Responsible for all print equipment and for duties including complex printing, production, binding and finishing materialsReporting any printer maintenance issues where faults occur, liaising with maintenance provider toensure problems are resolved as quickly as possible.General maintenance of print equipment and copiers.Support the coordination of facilities maintenance including minor repairs, security system and access support, general upkeep, and assisting desk moves/tech setupsHow you’ll show upReliable and responsibleHas a positive can do attitudeSelf-motivatedCustomer-focussedOrganised with good attention to detailTeam playerWorks calmly under pressureFlexible to changing prioritiesTakes ownership and accepts accountabilityQualificationsWhat you’re great atExperience of working to deadlinesExperience of working within a teamExperience of working in a customer centric environmentAbility to operate and understand a variety of print room machineryEffective communicator, able to build and maintain professional relationships with colleaguesAbility to work on own initiative whilst maintaining a positive and professional manner at all timesGood communication skills – written and oralWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams & D365Ability to pick up new systems quicklyAdditional InformationEveryone is welcome at Insights.
