We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager (AVP) to lead our Digital Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, outstanding leadership skills, and a passion for building scalable and robust digital solutions. As the AVP Digital Engineering, you will be responsible for guiding the team to deliver high-quality digital solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive the success of our products. What you'll do Lead and manage the Digital Engineering team, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development opportunities. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure digital solutions using modern technologies. Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to define and prioritize digital features and enhancements. Ensure the digital platform meets high standards of performance, reliability, observability, and security. Drive the adoption of best practices in digital design, development, and documentation. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the team. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the digital platform. What you'll bring Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in a leadership role within an engineering team, preferably focused on digital development. Strong technical expertise in digital design, development, and integration. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to manage numerous projects and priorities in a fast paced environment. Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent.
