You’ll support the Corporate Secretary and the Assistant Corporate Secretary in preparing the annual schedule for Board of Directors and Committee meetings, including planning and preparing the meetings, coordinating logistics, attendees, and execution – and supporting internal and external presenters and guests. You’ll also help plan and execute the Annual Public Meeting. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.
