Essential Duties: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the features, benefits, and applications of our products Stay updated on product updates, new releases, and industry trends Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences Provide detailed product information and address customer inquiries effectively Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and capabilities Highlight the value proposition of our products to potential customers Collaborate with the sales team to support product-related sales efforts Provide product expertise during sales presentations and meetings Facilitate workshops for customers to deepen their understanding of our products Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences Gather and analyze customer feedback on products.
