CSN Automacs has an opportunity for a motivated Production Coordinator to join the team in Oakville, ON. This position supports/oversees the back of house production within this luxury collision repair shop. Our mission to provide top-notch automotive repair services. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate work processes with technicians and other departments, as necessary.
Perform informative and accurate vehicle walkarounds and provide detailed information to all appropriate parties including the customer.
Provide timely updates to relevant parties throughout the repair process.
You will complete all the paperwork/administration necessary to perform this role.
Ensure all insurer policies regarding OEM, aftermarket and used parts are followed.
Order all required parts, perform quality checks.
Assign work to technicians, plan booth cycles with lead refinish tech to meet production goals and customer obligations.
Effectively manage the vehicle center in Nexsyis software.
Monitor performance all of all production staff and detailers and communicate observations to the Location Manager.
5 years’ experience in an autobody production environment is required.
Basic understanding of auto insurance company polices and processes required.
Previous experience using automotive estimating software is an asset.
Strong administrative skills and technologically savvy, with the ability to utilize various software programs and MS Office products.
The ability to work under some pressure and manage deadlines.
Valid Class 5 Drivers license is mandatory.
Be able to tolerate the physical demands of the job including lifting up to 50 lbs.
