Sous la supervision de la Directrice d’Assurance Qualité et R&D, le Spécialiste en contrôle Qualité aura la responsabilité des mandats suivants : Développer et maintenir les politiques, procédures et méthodes pour évaluer et améliorer la qualité des produits, des matières premières et des opérations; Utiliser des méthodes statistiques ainsi que son bon jugement, pour émettre des recommandations; Valider et tester périodiquement les matières premières; Documenter les non-conformités et prendre les actions appropriées; Collecter des données, générer et présenter des rapports, en lien avec le suivi des indicateurs qualité; Exécuter l’étalonnage périodique sur les équipements de mesure; Surveiller et maintenir la qualité des produits et procédés et proposer des améliorations au besoin; Garder à jour les procédures standards et s’assurer de leurs applications, effectuer la tenue d’audits, promouvoir les bonnes pratiques d’usine; Agir à titre de support technique lors des validations et vérifications des campagnes de production; S’assurer que les besoins des clients sont satisfaits en réalisant des audits. Profil recherché : Attitude professionnelle avec connaissances significatives en contrôle qualité, capable de compléter des tâches modérément complexes avec un minimum de supervision; Avoir des connaissances pratiques et conceptuelles dans son champs de compétences et/ou les développer; Démontrer la capacité de comprendre et d’influencer; Analyser les solutions potentielles aux problèmes en utilisant son jugement, son expérience et les données disponibles; Être en mesure de voir au-delà de l’immédiat et considérer le moyen-long terme lors de la mise en place de solutions; Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) ou toute combinaison d’expériences antécédentes dans un domaine pertinent; Très bonnes connaissances de la suite Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Démontrer une attitude positive, avoir de l’initiative et être capable de travailler en équipe; Capacité à produire des analyses et rapports de manière concise et rigoureuse; #LI-CD1 Join our Talent Community to stay connected with us!
